As of Thursday the 23rd July there is a new Final Cut Studio 3.
This includes Final Cut Pro 7, Motion 4, Sound Track Pro 3a Colour 1.5 Compressor 3.5 & DVD Studio Pro stays at version 4 again. And lets not forget a Cinema Tools update to 4.5! Oh yes and Live Type has finally been thrown over board.
